Detached holiday home, including motorboat, directly on the water
This unique, new ecological house is located on an island and can only be reached by boat. We always check you in personally and sail with you to the house with our own boat to explain a few things about the house and the area. We are also available 24/7 in case of calamities! It is a 5-minute boat ride from the parking lot to the house. The boat is included in your reservation. You do not need a boating license for this. Our house has a fantastic garden with a very large veranda and a luxurious outdoor kitchen. The grass and decking have a total surface area of 200m². There is a small swimming pool in the garden where you can cool off in the summer.
The Bohemien is the perfect place to relax. The entire terrace is covered with shade cloths. It is also a great place to stay in the evening. The house also has two SUP boards to explore the area.
Minimum stay of 2 nights. We ask for a deposit of €500.00

Furthermore it is possible to do your shopping by boat or by car. In the vicinity of Bohemien you will find beautiful nature, extensive hiking trails, cycling tours and riding schools.
